Medical tourism is one of the branches of the tourism industry in the field of health. Medical tourism provides opportunities for hospitals to provide services to patients of the potential for internal and external use. Hence significant economic advantages can be for countries. Today Tourists treatment (patients) and their satisfaction with respect to how to get health care as the most important element of this area of special interest tourism experts and practitioners economic communities, especially those in developing countries. Iran due to its great potential in the field of medical tourism, as well as numerous specialized treatment centers, qualified and reputable doctors, inexpensive cost of treatment t compared to other countries, having a four-season climate, and natural resources and health (fountain the hot water), has hosted treatment of foreign and domestic tourists, especially countries in the region. Hence, in the present research the above children's Hospital is a specialized treatment of the area located in Darabad test to identify the problems and challenges of the visitors, was evaluated and guidelines for the development of medical tourism by taking advantage of research studies and data the questionnaires and the SWOT technique with full knowledge of the disposition of a case study of hospital test in order to realize the above objectives.
