استراتژی جودویی اولین بار در سال 2002 مطرح شد. شکل جدید و کاربردی تری از استراتژی های رقابتی را به نمایش گذاشت.

 

 

این ایده بر اساس شباهتهای بالقوه ای

که بین این نوع استراتژی و ورزش جودو

وجود دارد بنا نهاده شده است.

 

اقتصاد جودویی

—

—اقتصاد جودویی راهبردی است که به یک شرکت اجازه  می دهد که از رقیب بزرگتر به عنوان مزیت برای خود بهره بگیرد.

—تفکر اصلی پشت این روش تبدیل قدرت رقیب به نقطه ضعف است.

اما اقتصاد جودویی محدودیتهای مهمی نیز دارد.

— اجرای آن بسیار مشکل است و باید گفت که شما نمی توانید رقبای بزرگتر را تهدید کنید.

— دیگر اینکه باید آنها را متقاعد سازید که منظورتان همان چیزی است که می گویید.

اما شاید مهمترین محدودیت اقتصاد جودویی این است که مستلزم کوچک ماندن و دوام آوردن است که این برای بسیاری از مدیران و شرکتها رضایت بخش نیست.

—

در نتیجه استراتژِی جودویی در جایی راهش  را آغاز می کند که اقتصاد جودویی متوقف می شود.

استراتژی جودویی چیست؟

vدر این روش از شیوه های رقابت رودرور که اصولا باب طبع رقبای قوی و بزرگ است اجتناب می شود.در عوض روی سرعت و تفکر خلاق تاکید می شود.

v با تسلط بر سه اصل حرکت ،تعادل و قدرت اهرمی می توان شانس غلبه بر رقبای قدرتمند در بازار رقابت را افزایش داد.

vاز ده تکنیک بهم پیوسته تشکیل می شود. این تکتیک ها دستورالعمل های سخت و غیرقابل انعطاف پذیری نیستند که لازم باشد مو به مو اجرا شوند بلکه تسلط بر این تکنیک ها و ادغام آنها بنا بر نظر مدیران ارشد آن شرکت هاست که جادوی نهفته در اجرای این تکنیک ها را نمایان می سازد.

Abstract

Increasing worldwide environmental concerns have led to the development of environmentally friendly construction practices and Green roof technology is one possibility for reducing the environmental impact of a building.

Research has shown that significant environmental benefits can be achieved from rooftop gardens in terms of storm water runoff quantity and quality control. For example, at a green roof site in Hannover-Herrenhausen , Germany it was determined th at 5 to 10 cm soil layers retained approximately 65-70% of precipitation runoff during the summer and approximately 50% during the winter .In general, the garden performs better during the spring/summer months than in the fall.Results indicate that the gre en roofs are capable of removing 50% of the annual rainfall volume from a roof through retention and evapotranspiration. Rainfall not retained by green roofs is detained, effectively increasing the time to peak, and slowing peak flows for a watershed. There are seasonal considerations as more runoff is generated during winter and for many summer storms there was no runoff. Green roof runoff does contain concentrations of some nutrients and other parameters, but values are in line with other planted systems. Due to the volume reduction, actual nutrient loadings from green roofs are less than asphalt roofing runoff or otherwise manageable at the downspout.[1] Green roofs have been suggested as a means to reduce the storm water impacts of development because they have been shown to both detain and retain storm water. The purpose of this study was to quantify runoff reductions resulting from This project investigated design specifications and materials of green roofs used as storm water control devices. the use of extensive green roof systems.[9]

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment was earlier perceived to be a problem confined to developed countries and developed cities. Due to the globalization and changing economic scenario, nowadays-waste electrical and electronic equipment is also growing as a major problem in developing countries and developing cities. In this paper estimation and management of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment in one such developing country, India is presented. Market supply method is best suited for the estimations of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment in the country like India due to constraints in gathering the data. The country of India is estimated to generate about 41500 tonnes of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment in the year 2015, as compared to present generation of 2280 tonnes. Management policy considering strategy of extended producer responsibility and recycling is developed for the management of WEEE in the country of India.
